Medicine reminder for Android

It uses your phone’s alarm sound, not its notification sound, so a dose is heard on silent. Leave it unanswered and it comes back, as often as you told it to for that one medicine — then it stops.

Every phone has two sounds it can make. Almost every reminder app picks the quiet one — and then a phone face down on a table is the end of the reminder.
- The notification sound The quiet one. Silent mode turns it off. So does a phone face down on a table, and so does a Do Not Disturb schedule you set months ago and forgot.
- The alarm sound The one that gets you out of bed. Silent and vibrate do not switch it off. This is the one Pill Ringer uses, for every reminder.
It plays at whatever your alarm volume is already set to, never turns it up, and never interrupts what you are listening to. Set that volume to zero and nothing rings — the app does not override you.
This is the whole app.
One screen. Today’s doses in the order they happen, and what you have already answered. No feed, no tips, no offers, and no score.
- It opens on today The date, a count of what you have answered, and one line saying what is waiting. That is the entire chrome.
- Every state is a word Taken, Later, Due now, Skipped, Missed. The colour agrees with the word; it never carries the meaning on its own.
- One tap answers it Tap the card to mark a dose taken. No page to clear first, nothing to dismiss afterwards, and no streak to break.
Four promises.
Kept by the way it is built, not by a page somebody wrote. Every test run fails the build if a single network call has appeared in the app's own code.
- No ads Not one, not ever. Nothing full-screen, and nothing after you log a dose.
- No account There is no sign-up screen, because there is nothing to sign up to.
- Nothing leaves your phone The app needs no internet to work. Even the label scan reads the photo here, on the phone.
- You choose how hard it asks Per medicine, and free. Once and done, or every ten minutes until you answer.

- It needs the phone on, in the room, and not silenced at the alarm volume.
- Your phone’s own power saving can delay or suppress any app. The setup screen points you at those settings; it cannot force them.
- The medicine name shows on the lock screen. Nothing is backed up anywhere. Android only, for now.
Please do not rely on it as your only safeguard.
